Chuckville is an American barbecue restaurant and sports bar at Fuxing Place, a new development of restaurants and bars near Laoximen metro station.
And they’ve just launched a brunch menu, featuring barbecue, eggs, steak, and bottomless coffee. More on that below.
About Chuckville

Owner Charles Tse spent his formative years in Oregon, during which a fated road trip down south changed his life. Specifically, it was a hunk of brisket in Texas that was so good he decided that his dream was to open an all-American Texas barbecue restaurant.

Chuckville is spread across two floors and has plenty of outdoor seating on the patio and second floor rooftop. Added bonus for dog owners: venue is pet-friendly.
Brunch at Chuckville
On the menu are meats typically found at any self-respecting barbecue joint—brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, glazed ham, and steak.

Chuckville takes those barbecue staples and combines them with traditional brunch items, giving the weekend's most popular meal a Texas twist. Don't miss these hearty plates of ribs alongside home fries, and Benedicts on Texas toast.
Overall, it’s affordable, as plates start at ¥68, and come with sides of salsa, coleslaw, home fries (pan-fried potatoes with ham), and Texas toast (buttered white bread). The portions are massive and will be sure to fill you up.

All-American BIG Country BBQ Breakfast (¥88) – Choice of either beef brisket, ribs, pulled pork, honey glazed ham, served with two eggs and sides. This is the best value order for brunch.

Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict (¥78) with hollandaise and tangy pulled pork served on toast. Comes with all the sides.

Beef Brisket Tortilla (¥68) - Beef brisket, mushroom, and onion omelette.

Texas Home Fries Platter (¥28) comes with a sunny side up egg.

Country Biscuits (¥28) – Made fresh daily, served with jam. These biscuits are buttery, flaky and great for breakfast.

Steak & Eggs (¥128) – 150-day grain-fed Angus Beef, smoked and grilled, served with two eggs and all the trimmings.
For drinks, they have bottomless coffee for just ¥25 and a number of beers on tap to order from. You can also add ¥30 for a glass of sparkling wine when ordering a brunch set.
Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm.
Additionally, Chuckville runs these promotions:
- Daily, 5-7pm, buy-one-get-one free draft beer house wine, house liquor
- Thursdays, 5-9pm, ¥3 wing night
- Wednesdays, 6-8pm, free round of beer on the hour
- Festive Sets To-Go - 5kg whole turkey, cranberry sauce, gravy ¥998; 3kg honey glazed ham ¥1,199.
