Highline's Signature Prime Rib, Only ¥288 This March

Highline is bringing back their signature Prime Rib with a killer deal—¥288 for a 250g prime cut steak, available every Thursday to Saturday evening in March.

Prime Rib Dinner

The Prime Rib Dinner deal is a new month-long promotion that highlights a slab of Australian Angus M3 (250g) for ¥288. It's only available for dinner from Thursday to Saturday. (Regular price is ¥398.)

It comes as a full dinner plate with sides of charred spring onion mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and leeks, and brown butter mushrooms.

The whole prime rib is marinated in fresh black pepper, sea salt, and dijon mustard. It’s then slow-roasted for six hours, rendering out the fat and ensuring optimum tenderness. To finish, it’s blasted at high heat to give it a deliciously crisp crust.

Crab & Arctic Shrimp Cheese Dip (¥128) – To die for. A cheesy dip of crab and arctic shrimp cooked with piquillo peppers and roasted tomatoes. Served with grilled baguette. Easy to share, but you might joust for multiple helpings.
